- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University/Institution — for most posts
- Junior Account Assistant cum Typist: Graduate in Commerce preferred
- Senior Clerk/JAAT: Typing skill required (30 WPM English / 25 WPM Hindi)
- Degree result must be declared — candidates appearing in final year examination are NOT eligible
