Pay Scale and Benefits
- Pay Scale: E0 (2017 DPE) – ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000
- Basic Pay: ₹30,000/month
- Dearness Allowance (DA): As per DPE guidelines, revised quarterly
- HRA: As per city classification (if company accommodation not provided)
- Cafeteria Allowance: 35% of basic pay (~₹10,500/month)
- Annual Increment: 3% on basic in Year 2 and Year 3
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursement up to ₹25,000/year
- Other: PF, Gratuity (after 1 year, pro-rata), TA/DA as per rules
- Contract Duration: Maximum 3 years from date of joining — no extension
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Regular/Full-time B.E./B.Tech in one of the eligible disciplines: Aeronautical, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering
- Degree through 10+2+4 or 10+3+3 route. Integrated 5-year or 6-year degrees also accepted
- Not eligible: Distance, correspondence, part-time, or e-learning degrees
- Minimum marks: 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD
Age Limit (as on 17 October 2026)
- Maximum age: 28 years for UR/EWS
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 33 years)
- OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation (up to 31 years)
- PwBD: 10 years relaxation (in addition to category relaxation)
- J&K domicile (1980–1989): 5 years relaxation
