🟢 Applications Open: APPSC Assistant Director of Mines Recruitment 2026 — Notification 31/2026 | 1 Vacancy | Apply: 6–26 November 2026 | Apply Online

🔍 Suchenow Analysis

Just 1 vacancy for the entire state makes this the rarest APPSC post in the October–November 2026 batch. But the pay scale of ₹57,100–₹1,47,760 is the highest among the Mines & Geology department notifications — higher than Technical Assistant (₹35,570) and Royalty Inspector (₹40,550). For M.Sc Geology / Applied Geology degree holders, this is a Class-I Gazetted officer post, which is an exceptional career outcome. APPSC also requires a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) as a qualifying stage — often missed by applicants who only prepare for the written exam. Prepare both simultaneously.
