- DGM/Manager/Asst. Manager/Sr. SE (Signalling): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Asst. Manager/Sr. SE/SE (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Degrees must be from a government-recognised university or institution

Pay Scale & Benefits
- Revised IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay scales from ₹40,000–₹1,25,000 to ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 depending on post
