Post 1: Manager (Manpower Planning & Recruitment)
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (or equivalent) with specialisation in HR / HRD / HRM from institutions recognised by Government Bodies / AICTE / UGC.
Preferred Certifications (dated on or before 31.07.2026): HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
Experience: Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in Human Resources — preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI sector (as on 31.07.2026).
Key Skills: Manpower planning, recruitment exercises, sourcing, head-hunter interaction, GDs & interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding, succession planning, productivity tools, HR analytics.
Post 2: Manager (Learning & Development)
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (or equivalent) with specialisation in HR / HRD / HRM from institutions recognised by Government Bodies / AICTE / UGC.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on qualification, experience and suitability. Shortlisting criteria are decided by the Bank — merely fulfilling minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call for interview.
- Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: Prepared in descending order of interview scores. Tie-breaking by age (descending).
Interview call letters are sent by email only. Outstation candidates called for interview are reimbursed economy airfare up to ₹10,000 (to-and-fro).
