Eligibility – Qualification
- Engineering posts: B.E./B.Tech (full-time, regular) in relevant discipline from a recognised university.
- Safety posts: B.E./B.Tech + PG Diploma/Diploma in Industrial Safety from an approved institute.
- Environmental posts: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Ecology (as specified per post).
- Quality (Mechanical) posts: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical + NDT Level-2 certification.
- Minimum 60% marks for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL; 50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 50 years for all posts. Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years | OBC-NCL – 3 years | PwD (UR) – 10 years | PwD (OBC) – 13 years | PwD (SC/ST) – 15 years.

Contract Duration & Benefits
- Tenure: Initial 1 year, renewable annually based on performance and project requirement.
- Leave: CL – 12 days | EL – 18 days (max accumulation 45 days) | HPL – 14 days/year.
- Mediclaim: Reimbursement up to ₹15,000/year.
- Accident cover: Group Personal Accident Insurance of ₹25 lakh.
