Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Regular/full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline from a recognised university. Part-time, distance, or correspondence degrees are not accepted. Minimum aggregate: 60% (UR/OBC-NCL/EWS) | 50% (SC/ST/PwBD).

- Production: Production/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
Age Limit (as on 17 October 2026)
- UR / EWS: Maximum 28 years
- OBC-NCL: Maximum 31 years (+3 years)
- SC / ST: Maximum 33 years (+5 years)
- PwBD: +10 years additional relaxation
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Scale: E0 (DPE 2017) – ₹30,000–₹1,20,000
- Basic Pay: ₹30,000/month
- Allowances: DA, HRA (if no company quarter), Cafeteria Allowance (35% of basic)
- Annual Increment: 3% on basic in Year 2 and Year 3
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursement up to ₹25,000/year
- Provident Fund & Gratuity (pro-rata after 1 year)
- Tenure: Max 3 years. No extension. Either party may exit with 1 month notice.
