Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Anganwadi Worker (AWW): Must have passed Class 12 (HSC) from a recognised board. Candidates with Class 10 pass and a minimum 2-year AICTE-recognised diploma are also eligible.
Anganwadi Helper (AWH): Must have passed Class 10 (SSC) from a recognised board. Women with higher qualifications may also apply.
Age Limit (as on 14 October 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
- Serving Anganwadi Helpers applying for AWW post: Upper age relaxed up to 43 years
Residence Requirement
- Must be a resident of Gujarat for at least one year
