Selection Process
Selection will comprise Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task, Psychometric Assessment, and Personal Interview depending on the position. Pay scales range from ₹30,000–120,000 for freshers to ₹120,000–280,000 for senior management roles, with CTC ranging approximately ₹10.99 lakh to ₹49.73 lakh per annum depending on grade.
Service Bond
Selected candidates must serve a minimum 3-year bond (₹3,00,000 for General category, ₹50,000 for reserved categories).
