Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology OR Ph.D. in Science
Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in R&D, programme management, technology development, mission-mode projects, or innovation ecosystem management.
Desirable: Ph.D./MBA in relevant area | Experience in large-scale R&D programme management | Quantum Technology ecosystem understanding | Stakeholder engagement with Govt agencies, academia, industry & startups | Technology translation / national mission-mode programme experience
Job Profile: Primary responsibility for overall planning and implementation of all NQM/MCC activities — functioning of all Funded Entities (T-Hubs, TGs, Startups), Industry Engagement & Technology Transfer, liaison with Mission Secretariat-NQM and stakeholders.
M 001 – Manager (2 Posts)
Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology OR Ph.D. in Science
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in R&D, programme management, technology development, mission-mode projects, or innovation ecosystem management.
Desirable: Ph.D./MBA in relevant area | Experience in technical reports, project proposals, presentations | Scientific publications / patents / technology development record | Research management and mission-mode programme exposure
Job Profile: Second-level responsibilities for planning and implementation of NQM/MCC activities, coordination of Funded Entities, Industry Engagement & Technology Transfer, stakeholder liaison.
TC 001 – Technical Coordinator (4 Posts)
Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology OR Master’s degree in Science
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
