Eligibility Criteria
1. Engineer (RE – Civil) — 43 Posts
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification executive experience in Geotech / Piling / Foundation / Structural Steel / Tower Structures / Switch Yard. RE experience preferred.
Job Profile: Civil system design, technical specifications, regulatory compliance for solar/wind/RE projects, contract management, QA, construction supervision, O&M.
2. Engineer (RE – Electrical) — 69 Posts
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Electronics / Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in switchyard / electrical testing / transmission system / transformer / design / engineering. RE experience in plant/engineering domain preferred.
Job Profile: Electrical system design, technical specifications for solar/wind/RE projects, contract execution, equipment erection, testing, commissioning, O&M.
3. Engineer (RE – Mechanical) — 9 Posts
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks. M.E./M.Tech preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in supervision/execution in Thermal / Gas / Hydro / Nuclear / Renewables power generation. RE experience preferred.
4. Executive (RE – Human Resource) — 4 Posts
Qualification: Graduation + 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in MBA (HR) / MHROD / PG in HRM / IR / Personnel Management with minimum 65% marks.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR functions / Industrial Relations. SAP, MS Office, Data Analytics preferred.
5. Executive (RE – Finance) — 9 Posts
Qualification: Qualified CA / CMA (previously ICWA).
Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification executive experience (excluding articleship) in Finance/Accounts.
Job Profile: Vendor invoice processing, GST/TDS compliance, quarterly/annual financial statements (IndAS/SEBI LODR), statutory/internal audit, budgeting, payroll.
6. Engineer (RE – Safety) — 7 Posts
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Production/Power) with minimum 65% marks + full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI/Factories Act recognized institution. OR Full-time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with minimum 65%.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in safety functions in power industry/manufacturing sector (Govt/PSU/reputed private). RE experience preferred.
7. Executive (RE – CSR) — 5 Posts
