Salary & Pay Scale
Salary is as per CDA (Central Dearness Allowance) Rules applicable to PSU employees under the Ministry of Textiles. Compensation includes:
- Basic Pay as per post-wise pay scale
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Transport Allowance (TA)
- Medical benefits
- Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity
- Other PSU perquisites
Bond Condition: Management Trainees serve a 3-year bond. Other posts: 2-month basic pay in lieu if bond not served. Refer official notification for full details.
