📋 Job Duties of MTS (CSIR-NAL)
- Physical maintenance of records/files of the Section
- General cleanliness and upkeep of the Section/Unit
- Carrying files and other papers within the office
- Photocopying, scanning, sending FAX and other routine office support work
- Delivery/collection of dak (including outside building if required)
- Assisting in diary, dispatch, filing and record management
- Opening and closing of office rooms | Cleaning rooms and dusting furniture
- Preparation and serving of tea/coffee and refreshments to officers and official guests
