- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: pass marks)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience (including training period) in Power Sector (Coal/Gas/Lignite) in Operation/Maintenance/Commissioning/Erection/Engineering/Energy Efficiency/Project Management/Field Quality in Electrical discipline
- Govt/PSU candidates: minimum 2 years in pay scale ₹60,000–1,80,000 (IDA E-3 or above) + NOC from employer required
B. Deputy Manager (Mechanical) — 55 Posts
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production with minimum 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: pass marks)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years executive experience in Power Sector (Coal/Gas/Lignite) in Mechanical discipline
