1. Assistant Registrar (Group A, Level-10) | 1 Post
A. On Deputation Basis (for 3 years):
- Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
- Holding an analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre, OR
- GKCIET employee serving as Superintendent with 8 years of experience in GP of ₹4,200/- (Level-6)
B. On Contract Basis (for 3 years):
- Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
- Age Limit: 35 years
Desirable (both modes): Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law; experience in computer applications/e-office systems; experience in establishment/academic/financial administration in academic or research organizations.
Age Limit (Deputation): As per Government of India norms (generally max 56 years).
2. Junior Assistant (Group C, Level-2) | 1 Post
Essential: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized Board with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute and proficiency in computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Desirable: Proficiency in other computer skills and stenography.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years (cut-off: 31 August 2026).
Selection: Written Test + Skill Test conducted by the Institute.
