NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Ltd., is recruiting 114 experienced professionals for Renewable Energy (RE) roles across its Corporate Offices, Stations, Sites, Clusters, JVs and subsidiaries pan-India. NGEL has an ambitious target to achieve 60 GW installed capacity by 2032. This is a direct PSU recruitment for professionals with hands-on Solar/Wind project experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Post A – Assistant Engineer–RE (E-0) | 100 Posts | Age: 40 years
Qualification: Full-time Regular Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation) from State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC recognized institute with pass marks.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification site experience in Power Sector, out of which at least 6 years in 50 MW or more grid-connected Solar and/or Wind project(s) in Operation & Maintenance / Asset Management.
Post B – Deputy General Manager–RE (E-6) | 14 Posts | Age: 44 years
Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Civil / Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University. SC/ST/PwBD candidates with pass marks are eligible.
Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification executive-cadre experience in Power Sector, out of which at least 10 years with a Renewable Energy Developer (Solar and/or Wind). Minimum 2 years site experience in 50 MW+ grid-connected Solar/Wind project(s) in Project Construction/Erection/Commissioning.
For Govt/PSU candidates: Minimum 2 years experience in pay scale ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 (IDA E-5 or above) required.
