Paper I (General Studies & General Abilities) is Bilingual — available in both English and Telugu. Paper II (Planning — Degree Level) is in English only.

Yes. All unemployed applicants are exempt from the ₹120 examination fee. However, the application processing fee (₹1,000 for OC/BC, ₹500 for SC/ST/PwD) is still applicable for all candidates. Government/PSU/Corporation employees must pay the examination fee of ₹120.

In case of equal total marks: (1) Local status — Telangana candidates ranked higher than other state candidates. (2) Date of birth — elder candidate gets higher rank. (3) Marks in subject paper. (4) Date of passing qualifying exam. (5) Percentage in qualifying exam. (6) Higher qualification. Commission’s decision is final.
