Key Responsibilities
- Expand the startup pool under different incubation programs
- Identify funding opportunities to grow the startup base and support system needed to accelerate startup growth
- Prepare and review proposals, agreements, and reports highlighting key actions and achievements for stakeholders
- Support outreach activities to attract entrepreneurs, mentors, funders, and other ecosystem enablers
- Engage with supported startups to provide structured mentorship, understand funding requirements and support needs
- Track and monitor progress of supported start-ups
- Support technical and financial due diligence of startups
- Develop databases to capture key performance matrices
- Develop and maintain active relationships with other incubation centres, mentors, investors, and exited startups
- Support execution of programs, meetings, and events
- Participate in external programs and represent IIEC at meetings
