For All Posts — Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

For Manager Posts (Post Codes 1–11) — Stage 2: Interview

- After CBT: Physical Measurement Test → Driving Test → Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing & Descending)
- Only those clearing all physical tests proceed to Interview
- Selected candidates must execute a Surety Bond of ₹5 lakh to serve AAI for 3 years post-training
